Canadian Field Champion Sundee’s Pacemaker or "Doc" for short is the best bred, best working stud dog that we have had in over 50 years with Labradors. If I had been able to place a special order for the ideal Labrador, I could not have done better. His sire is Piper’s Pacer, a Canadian and National Retriever Champion and the U.S. National Amateur Champion. His mother is also a field Champion and her breeding goes back to all time high point trial winner River Oaks Corky. "Doc" has passed on. However, we do have four of his daughters, Scooter is his son, and Sam is his grandson.

Bigstone Scooter II is the son of "Doc". His mother is Bigstone Blue Baroness, who is a daughter of Field Champion Beavertail's Gentleman Sam. Sam was a dog from a family of five field champions including the 1983 National Amateur Champion. Sam's mother was Bigstone Cricket's Star. Her mother was my personal hunting dog, Bigstone Cricket. Blue Baroness's mother was Blue, another of my personal hunting dogs. Scooter looks much like his sire but is probably a better specimen from a conformation standpoint.

Bigstone Charlie Brown is a big chocolate stud dog with really good breeding and an ideal disposition. He takes training well, is a natural retriever, good water dog, marks well, and is calm and sensible. We think he has the ideal disposition to produce pups that will please anyone looking for an easy to train Lab that will also be a great family dog.

Revilo’s Bigstone Custer. This yellow male is a son of Canadian National Champion Waldorf’s High Tech. Bigstone Custer is a half brother to Ebonstar’s Lean Mac who won both the U.S. and Canadian National Champions. Custer takes training well and at 18 months was handling and marking as well as most field champion dogs. His pups have been doing well.

Bigstone Nick is a handsome yellow male. He is a natural hunting dog, really loves to retrieve birds, and has a loveable, gentle disposition. He is from a family of Labradors that are better working and bigger in size than average. On his sire's side he has River Oaks Corky and on his dam's side is Bigstone Custer, one of our good old stud dogs. Although Nick is no longer with us, you may see his name in a pedigree.
